Chuck Hayes Qualifies at Center

Those of you hurting at center might take a look at Houston’s Chuck Hayes, who recently gained center eligibility in some leagues (including Yahoo!). Currently averaging 27 minutes per game, Hayes leads all centers with 2.5 steals per contest. His other stats are pretty mediocre (7.5 PPG, 6.3 RPG, 2.0 APG, and 0.3 BPG), so you can’t expect him to vault you into league dominance. He can, however, act as a serviceable option at your second C slot…particularly when the Rockets have a four-game week.
