Al Thornton Time

With Josh Howard out for the season due to a torn ACL, it's time to grab Washington's Al Thornton. Tonight he tallied 16 points, 11 boards, and a block in 35 minutes. Since being traded from the Clippers, Thornton's production has increased dramatically. In four games with the Wizards, he's averaged, 16 points, 6 rebounds, 1.5 blocks, and over 30 minutes per game. Contrast that to his previous six games with the Clips in which he averaged less than seven points and 18 minutes per contest. You can expect that production to continue with Howard sidelined.
